I had the opportunity to attend the Dual Chamber Event: Executive Insights, where a panel of visionary CEOs came together to discuss the future of business in the Philly area and beyond.

One theme stood out throughout the conversation: collaboration is no longer optional, it’s a competitive advantage.

As industries evolve at a rapid pace, Chester county is uniquely positioned to thrive. Our region offers a strong workforce, strategic location, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growing network of business leaders who understand that the greatest opportunities emerge when organizations work together rather than in silos.

The room was full of business owners, students, executives, non-profit leaders, elected officials, and entrepreneurs.

I network a lot. I genuinely love meeting new people, building relationships, and finding ways to help others.

So next time you’re at an event, skip the “What do you do?” autopilot and try asking something more interesting instead. Here’s a fun list to start with:

• If you were in a book, what character would you be?
