Meet Joe! As a member of the Kitchen Wealth Management Team, Joe brings enthusiasm, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping clients work toward their financial goals. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation of successful financial planning and is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.

1️⃣ What’s a fun fact about you?

In my early 20s, I was a volunteer firefighter for five years. I earned my EMT certification and even got my CDL so I could drive the fire truck. And yes, I can proudly say I know how to parallel park a fire truck. 🚒

2️⃣ How did you get started at Edward Jones?

Funny enough, I was actually a client before I became a financial advisor. My wife worked as a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones during her summers in college, at the office of my now-business partner, Jeff Kitchen. Through her experience there, I decided to open an account with Jeff—and that relationship eventually led me to consider Edward Jones as a career.

At the time, I was working in the auto industry and looking for a career change. I wanted to build a successful career while also having a better balance between work and family. Jeff introduced me to the opportunity to build my own business with Edward Jones, and I decided to take the leap.

Seven years later, I’m grateful I did!

3️⃣ What’s something you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my family is at the top of the list—especially traveling and making memories together. I also enjoy playing pickleball and shooting sporting clays whenever I get the chance.

Whether it’s exploring somewhere new with my family, spending an evening on the pickleball courts, or getting out for a day of sporting clays, I enjoy making the most of my time outside of work. I’m grateful for the journey so far and excited for what’s ahead!
