🔥 “Si no eres ciudadano, ¿te suben los impuestos al comprar casa?” Mucha gente todavía cree este mito…

Hablamos recientemente sobre uno de los malentendidos más comunes al comprar vivienda: los impuestos prediales.
Muchos compradores piensan que por no ser ciudadanos les van a cobrar más.
👉 Totalmente falso.

La realidad es esta:
✔️ Los impuestos se calculan igual para todos, sean o no ciudadanos
✔️ Se basan en el valor de la propiedad y las tarifas del condado
✔️ La única diferencia es que solo los residentes permanentes pueden aplicar a la Homestead Exemption, que protege la propiedad y limita cuánto pueden subir los impuestos cada año

Pero ser ciudadano o no, no cambia la tasa de impuestos.
Comprar casa sigue siendo una de las mejores formas de dejar de pagar renta y empezar a construir tu patrimonio en Estados Unidos.
