The City of Watkinsville must have way too much money to p**s away or there are some really stupid people walking around the city. Consider this intersection, this is A THREE WAY STOP. Yes, there are 3 Stop signs here. Now, you have this flashing cross walk. Now, if you can’t navigate through a 3 way stop sign intersection without a flashing cross walk, you probably need to stay in your home and never come outside!

Just had a good agent of mine who was having issues with a couple getting a loan on her listing, call me to see if I could help. Apparently, these folks made a common mistake we see a lot of people making by calling 1-800 for a mortgage. These folks called 1-800 ROCKET AND ANYBODY who know anything about those guys know THEY WILL PREAPPROVE A HAM SANDWICH! After 2 months, Rocket couldn’t get it done. Thank goodness, my agent recommended me, THE ROCKET RESCURER, I will get it done. As I say, if you need a mortgage, you don’t need a Rocket or an Astronaut, you SIMPLY NEED AN EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICER THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING…….
