A little about Ryan Thompson

I’m a Loan Officer, an owner, and an entrepreneur. I get to help families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make—buying a home.

I enjoy educating, problem-solving, building relationships, and helping people create a plan to get where they want to go. I love being part of our community and working alongside amazing real estate professionals. And I especially love celebrating with my clients when the hard work turns into keys in their hands. 🏡

But as much as I love what I do, work is only one part of my story.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, being a dad, enjoying time with my beautiful wife, or somewhere on the water. 🎣

I love fishing in the Gulf. I love being on the ocean. I love getting outside, slowing down, and making memories with the people I love most.

At the end of the day, that's what it's really about for me:

Building a business I’m proud of, serving the people and community I care about, and making a life full of memories with the people who matter most.

I’m pretty fortunate to be able to say I love what I do and I love the life I’m building outside of it, too.

September is here… so naturally, we’re expecting rates to drop 25 degrees. 😂

But unfortunately, mortgage rates didn’t get the memo. 🥲

We wish they would just DROP already! But right now, nothing is really pointing to a significant decrease. The outlook is more steady than “plummeting.”

So, instead of waiting on the perfect rate that might come along, let’s look at what’s actually available and figure out what makes sense for your home-buying goals.

🌡️ Cooler temps? YES.
📉 Dramatically cooler mortgage rates? Not seeing it… yet.
