You hear the terms.. but what’s the difference?
🚗 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 = Covers damage to your own vehicle resulting from a collision with another vehicle, an object (like a tree, guardrail, or pothole), or a rollover accident, regardless of who is at fault.
🛑 𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 = Pays for bodily injury and property damage to others when you are legally at fault for an accident. It also covers your legal defense costs if you are sued, up to your policy's limits.
🚙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 = Pays to repair or replace your vehicle if it is damaged by an event other than a collision. This includes glass breakage, theft, vandalism, fire, severe weather (like hail or floods), falling objects, and contact with animals.
