🚨 REALTORS® — Appraisals are changing! 🏠📋

UAD 3.6 is bringing a major update to how residential appraisals are reported — and agents need to be prepared.

Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 becomes mandatory for new appraisal reports submitted to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

What should you know? 👇🏼

🏠 New dynamic appraisal reporting through the URAR
📊 More structured and detailed property data
📐 Greater emphasis on accurate property characteristics
🔨 Improvements, additions and ADUs need to be clearly documented
📋 Accurate MLS information matters!
