Hannah Joplin joined Nova Home Loans as a Loan Officer in 2004. She has a very loyal client following who appreciate her personal, compassionate and committed approach to mortgage banking. Hannah has adopted a simple and straightforward approach to business. She takes great care to assist her clients in defining their wants and needs, i.e. purchasing or refinancing in order to consolidate debts, remodel or update their home or buy investment properties, and secondly assists them establish a reasonable plan of action. She is truly passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and measures her success one truly happy and satisfied client at a time. She feels that communication is the single most important tool in a loan transaction because most consumers may be unfamiliar with the loan process. Purchasing or refinancing involves many different processes and people and can be a stressful if you are not kept in the loop at all times. She is fastidious about providing progress updates to all parties involved in the transaction. This recent post loan closing note to our marketing department is representative of the experience of working with Hannah: I would give Hannah an A+ on the service she provided me. She answered all of my questions and was available when I needed her. She also kept me advised about the progress of my loan on a daily basis.
