4 planes. 19 hijackers. 2,997 lives lost. Our nation and the world shocked and forever changed by the terroist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Flight 93. Today, 23 years later let us remember the victims, the brave first responders that ran towards the danger and the brave passengers on Flight 93 taking down that airplane in a Pennsylvania field.

I truly love what I do! I just closed on a home loan for an amazing young man who did not think he could buy a home for 2 to 3 years from now. I reviewed his credit with him and shared with him how his credit cards and his multiple auto loan payments were preventing him from what he really wanted which was to own a home of his own! We worked on his plan for 8 months and he is now a homeowner and has ZERO credit card or Auto Loan debt!

It is just unreal to me that it has been 20 years since my Mom gained her angel wings. She would be so pround of the amazing legacy she has left with her grandchildren. Love and miss you Mom!

Great news just released by FannieMae for buyers and sellers alike. Real Estate Commissions paid by a seller or a seller's real estate agent will NOT be counted toward's Interested Party Contributions (IPC's) Here are the details!

"Selling Guide B3-4.1-02, Interested Party Contributions (IPCs) permits interested parties (including property sellers) to make contributions to the borrower’s closing costs subject to maximum limits ranging between 2% and 9% of the property value. Typical fees and/or closing costs paid by a seller in accordance with local custom, known as common and customary fees or costs, are not subject to the IPC limits described in Selling Guide B3-4.1-03, Types of Interested Party Contributions (IPCs). If a seller or seller’s real estate agent continues to pay the buyer’s real estate agent commission in accordance with local common and customary practices, these amounts are not required to be counted towards the IPC limits for the transaction."
