☘️ 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
I began working with a wonderful couple on June 4, 2024. Yesterday, they closed on their new home and received the keys. After working with three agents, they found the right partner in 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧-𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐌𝐕 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐚,” who helped them find their new home and supported the sale of their current home.
Kisha, the buyers, and I had many conversations throughout the process, including late at night and on weekends. I was extremely impressed by the time and care Kisha devoted to helping them find the right home and working closely with me to move the transaction forward.
This experience highlights why buyers should consider working with a local lender who understands the market and has established relationships in the community. I previously served as a preferred lender in a real estate office with more than 400 agents. My local experience and longstanding relationship with listing agent 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬, as well as my ability to close quickly, helped strengthen the buyers’ offer and were part of why it was accepted.
After the contract was accepted, we closed in 14 days. That result came from a coordinated team effort involving my processor, Kisha, Darsheika, and everyone working behind the scenes. When closing needed to move by one day, Darsheika trusted me and remained confident as I explained the situation.
