Thank you for partnering with our Affordable Housing Program, Security State Bank of Oklahoma! It is always good to see these funds making a difference.

In 2024, Security State Bank had the opportunity to help Lula Samilton make important improvements to her home through our Home Rehabilitation Project.

Through the program, Lula received a new roof and a new front porch, helping make her home safer, more functional, and better prepared to serve her family for years to come.

This project was made possible through an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Grant through FHLBank Topeka, and it remains a great example of what can happen when we choose to invest in our communities.

Since 2023, Security State Bank has helped complete rehabilitation projects on 80 homes, with about $1.4 million invested in home repairs through our 2022 and 2025 AHP awards. And the work continues as several more home rehabilitation projects are underway right now throughout our area.

At Security State Bank, community involvement isn't just about where we do business, it's about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people who call our communities home.

We're proud to have been part of Lula's story, proud of the impact this program has already made, and excited to continue investing in local homeowners and our communities. 🏠❤

Thank you for your partnership in supporting relief and recovery efforts. Together we can help make a difference.

Minnequa Works Credit Union was proud to present a $60,000 donation to United Way of Southern Colorado to support relief and recovery efforts for those impacted by the Aspen Acres Fire.

This contribution was made possible through our partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka and its Community Assistance Recovery Effort (CARE) Program, which matches donations from member financial institutions to help communities recover from federally declared disasters.

By partnering with the United Way of Southern Colorado, these funds will go directly toward providing critical assistance and resources to individuals and families as they begin the road to recovery.

We are grateful to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, the United Way of Southern Colorado, first responders, volunteers, and everyone working tirelessly to support our neighbors during this difficult time.

Together, we're helping Southern Colorado recover, rebuild, and move forward.

We're excited to celebrate another successful Home Rehabilitation project for Penny Roberts of Holdenville! Through the program, Penny's home received new windows, new exterior doors, and a brand-new garage door, giving her home a fresh look while improving its comfort, security, and energy efficiency.

Landon Moody, Vice President at Security State Bank in Holdenville, had the privilege of assisting Penny through the application process and seeing her project come to life.
