Always attentive and accessible, Rick provides each client and business partner with reliable and personalized service and communication throughout the loan process. Prior to that, he was a VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate for eight years and spent fifteen years as a partner with the Wharton Mortgage Group. Rick earned his BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Rick is an active member of his community, where he serves as Vice President of the Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Atlantic County Board of Ethics and was a former councilperson for the town of Hammonton. He has also served as a member of numerous other boards, including the Hammonton Education Foundation and the Hammonton Little League. Rick resides in Hammonton, New Jersey with his wife, Lori, who manages Landis Title Corporation's Hammonton office, and son, Rick Jr., who is currently serving as an officer in the United States Navy. When he is away from the office, Rick enjoys spending time as a high school football assistant coach and visiting his son wherever he is stationed.
