Submitted captions, posts, contest entries, photos and any submissions become the property of ASU Family and Arizona State University. ASU Family is permitted, although not obligated, to include submitter's name as a credit in connection with the submission. Submitter waives any r
ight of inspection or approval of the submitted written copy prior to publication. Submitter hereby releases and indemnifies ASU Family, its assigns, licensees and successors from any and all claims that may arise regarding the use of the submitted caption. The submitter understands that as a result of the submission, he or she will receive periodic emails from ASU Family. ASU Family has exclusive decision making authority over the submissions and may, without notice to submitter, refuse to consider any submission including, but not limited to, those which portray inappropriate comments or any other offense as determined by ASU Family.
