Whitebark pine is in drastic decline due to a fatal infection called white pine blister rust. Over 325 million whitebark pine trees are estimated to have been lost. In 2022, the whitebark pine was classified as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. By planting a variety of disease-resistant seedlings and managing current trees, land managers can work towards regenerating whitebark pine forests.

Are you an energetic, goal-driven sales professional looking to grow your career with a dedicated local team? We are hiring a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join us in-office!

What You’ll Do
Consult & Quote: Gather client information to evaluate needs and recommend tailored personal lines coverage (Auto, Home, Flood, RV, and light commercial).

Policy Management: Explain policy features, advantages, and options clearly and persuasively.

Client Engagement: Perform policy reviews with existing policyholders to recommend essential coverage additions or updates.

Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all policy requirements, applications, and documentation are completed accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative) or 2-20 (General Lines Agent) license REQUIRED.

Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales is required (1+ year preferred).

Skills: Strong computer proficiency, confident phone etiquette, and persuasive communication skills.

Drive: High energy, goal-oriented mindset, and strong ambition to close sales.

Location: Must have reliable transportation for daily, onsite work in Tarpon Springs.
