Congratulations to my wonderful clients on selling their Jacksonville home and starting a new chapter in Texas! 🏡🎉

Thank you for trusting me with your home sale and giving me the opportunity to handle the mortgage for your next home. While I couldn’t personally represent you on your Texas purchase, I was happy to connect you with an agent there and help coordinate the journey.

It means so much to be part of such an important move. Wishing you many happy memories in your new Texas home! ❤️

I had such a great time at the Working Women of Tampa Bay Expo!

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with so many talented women in our Tampa Bay business community, make some new connections, and catch up with familiar faces.

So glad I had the chance to spend some time with Felicia, too! There’s nothing better than getting out from behind the computer and actually connecting with people face-to-face.

A great day of conversations, connections, and supporting women in business!

Meanwhile... my coworker is having a very productive morning. 😂🐈

I work. He supervises. Occasionally he demands snacks.

Seems fair. ❤️

A lot of real estate happens long before the actual showings begin.

Today has been spent mapping routes, reviewing disclosures, researching communities, comparing values, and preparing for tomorrow’s relocation tours.

Helping buyers relocate well takes more than opening doors. It takes preparation, strategy, local knowledge, and understanding how people actually want to live day-to-day once they get here.

Tomorrow we tour. Today we prepare.

People relocating to Tampa often think they’re shopping for a house.

In reality, they’re shopping for:
✔️ commute time
✔️ community feel
✔️ amenities
✔️ lot size
✔️ school access
✔️ lifestyle flow
✔️ future resale value

Today I spent hours helping relocation clients narrow down communities based on how they ACTUALLY live day-to-day — not just what looks good online.

Because the truth is:
A beautiful house in the wrong location becomes frustrating very quickly.

The goal isn’t just finding a home.
It’s finding the right fit for your life.

If you’re thinking about relocating to the Tampa area, I’m happy to help you compare communities, commute patterns, insurance considerations, taxes, and what daily life really looks like here.

What matters MOST to you when choosing a home — location, layout, schools, amenities, or commute?

Out-of-state buyers are often surprised by one thing when relocating to Florida:

Room sizes.

Today I was helping relocation clients narrow down homes, and we realized something important:

Instead of only saying “the rooms feel small,” it helps to actually measure the rooms in your current home first.

Because once you know:
✔ what size bedrooms you currently live with
✔ what feels comfortable to your family
✔ what’s truly a dealbreaker

…it becomes MUCH easier to eliminate homes before spending weekends touring properties that were never going to work anyway.

This is especially important with relocation buyers because:

* square footage is used differently in Florida
* lot sizes vary
* newer homes often trade yard space for community amenities
* bonus rooms/layouts can matter more than total square footage

A house can look perfect online and still feel completely wrong in person.

That’s why strategy matters before showings begin.

Thinking about relocating to Tampa or the surrounding areas?

I’m happy to help you understand:
• neighborhoods
• commute realities
• HOA/CDD communities
• room/layout expectations
• insurance considerations
• what actually fits your lifestyle
