5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Andi Menaul by Ariana S - I cannot recommend Andi Menaul highly enough! She helped me purchase my first home four years ago, and when it came time to purchase my current home, there was no question that I wanted to work with her again.
This time around, the process was a little more complicated because I wanted to figure out how to purchase a new home while keeping my first property. She took the time to walk me through all of my options, helped me understand what was financially possible, and ultimately helped me make it work.
One of the things I appreciate most about her is how incredibly responsive she is. While we were house hunting, I could send her a property at virtually any time and she would immediately run the numbers for me so I knew exactly what my estimated monthly payment would look like before deciding whether to move forward. In a competitive housing market, having someone that accessible and reliable makes such a huge difference.
She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping her clients make the best decisions for their situation. After working with her on two home purchases over four years, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. I know exactly who I’ll be calling again for any future purchases!
