The home is really taking shape nicely and so far all on time.

Meeting tomorrow to go over the future billboard marketing & signage, color palette adjustments, interior finishings-review, see where we are at on the time lines on the next few phases and lock down estimate completion time frame, etc…

Lots of pics today! Work moving along really nicely. Easy Access to 2nd floor this week! Under roof except small corner at front left of roof. Should be done today. Took a few videos as well will post on comments as it tint allow me to post in group pictures! Several builds on our street. A couple recently completed and 2 directly behind us underway. Lots of new growth happening around us. Looks good for completion time in Oct/Nov 2026. Excited for the finished product.
