All the trim, baseboards, interior doors have been installed. Interior Painting starts this week. Shower tiles being installed this week as well. Sand & Cement has been delivered to start on stucco on house and then next will be the sidewalks & driveway pavers.

Drywall went up fast! The mudding, tapping and sanding is looking really good. The inside is coming together really nicely.

Interior Doors and trim should be delivered this week to be installed next week. Going to go pick out Stone & Brick type/color for the front porch and driveway end of week.

All drywall is up. This is Video walk through of the entire home and it’s about 8 minutes long!

Next is cleaning the drywall up with mudding and sanding.

We have about another week left on it!

Next week interior doors and trim to be delivered and started after all the mudding and sanding is completed.

Still on mark for late October or early November 2026 completion time.

I will post individual still pictures next post!
