He has been a loan originator since June of 1991 and has been with Fairway since March 2010. He is one of the top producing loan originators in the Sun Prairie office, closing on average $14 to $16 million in loans per year! He is knowledgeable and experienced in all types of mortgage lending programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and WHEDA. Bob is also a veteran and has a certification as a Military Mortgage Specialist with Fairway. Bob is a Christian and that is the driving force behind the way he does his business. Bob takes great pride in offering customer service that is second to none. So when it says “It’s a relationship, not just a mortgage” at the bottom of his emails signature block, that is more than just a tag line….it’s his way of doing business. Bob treats people the way he would like to be treated if the roles were reversed. The people he originates loans for are not just “another customer/client” or a “number”, they become clients for life! And while Fairway has the ability to process applications electronically and eDisclose documents, whenever possible Bob still prefers to meet with his clients the old-fashioned way, face-to-face.
