What if the reason you have not been approved has nothing to do with whether you can actually afford a home?

That is the reality for a lot of buyers right now. Strong finances, real purchasing power, and a loan process that just was not designed with them in mind. Traditional lending was built around a very specific financial profile, and the truth is most people do not fit perfectly inside it.
 
Fairway just changed that. We built a Non-QM program in-house, which means faster approvals, consistent guidelines, and real flexibility for borrowers whose financial picture is better told through bank statements, investment income, business cash flow, or assets rather than a standard W-2.

If your situation has ever felt too complex for a conventional loan, it probably just needed a lender who was paying closer attention.

Fairway's own recently appeared live on ABC7 Chicago to help shine a light on the incredible work being done through the American Warrior Initiative (AWI), Fairway's nonprofit partner dedicated to supporting veterans and their families.

At the heart of AWI's mission is something beautifully simple: pairing veterans with trained service dogs to help them find their footing after a life of service. These are not just dogs. They are lifelines. They are the steady presence that helps a veteran sleep through the night, step back into the world, and feel less alone in the hard moments. We are proud of our team for helping bring awareness to this mission and the veterans it serves.

The work continues on June 12 at 5:30 PM with the AWI Benefit Concert in Morton Grove, where community members will come together to raise funds that help place more service dogs with veterans in need.

This year, 16 students were awarded Fairway scholarships, continuing something that has become incredibly special across our company over the last few years. Seeing these students pursue what is next for them is a reminder that the impact of a workplace should extend far beyond the office itself.
