The"occurrence" with Texas Legacy Insurance Group of Companies is MOST unfortunate. The natural thought is"what to do now?".

The most important step is to personally contact the Carrier; this is the company responsible for paying claims when need arises. Inquire what your coverage actually is. Everyone needs to get details of coverage and proof of payment as quickly as possible. As hard as it is, be certain that a quote for coverage is an "Apples to Apples" comparsion.

Get ALL INFORMATION IN WRITING.

There are NO bad questions. I am more than willing to guide you through this process.
