We at Texas Legacy Insurance Group and all its affiliates are aware of recent charges against our broker affecting our operations. We understand all the concerns for our insureds and their policies. We want you to know we are deeply sorry for the impact this is causing for you, your families and your livelihood in some cases and we work through obstacles ourselves as agents and our own families.

We have been cooperating with and working closely with the Texas Department of Insurance and are aware local news states our agencies have been ordered to close immediately, which is false. While our agents will not physically be in office we encourage you to reach out where you can to your agent or your carrier directly. Log into your portals, get in your apps on your phone, call your carrier. Verify your policy is in good standing. If you are finding that is not the case we strongly encourage you to reach out the the Texas Department of Insurance at 800-252-3439.
