A little about me: I was born & raised in Eastern WA and Idaho, and after many great years in the Greater Seattle Area, I am happy to call Spokane my home because it has a special place in my heart. I have been in the Mortgage Industry since 1989. After graduating college for Interior Design in Southern California, I took a temp job with a Mortgage Broker where I learned invaluable skills in Processing & Underwriting loans. Little did I know it would lead to such a rewarding career in Sales & Management! I STILL remember my first loans vividly. Over 30 years later if I’ve a hard day in this business, I think back to those individual stories & remember “WHY” it is all worth it. For me, it’s all about creating relationships, and providing exceptional service to make sure all parties have the best experience. This has led to client and industry partnerships that have lasted several decades. I get to work with people I have called friends for over 25 years and truly love what I do. I am certified in Custom Construction Loans, which we offer “In House” In addition, we offer all types of loans from serving our Veterans to Conventional, Jumbo & Government loans, and Specialty Loan Products for every need. As a constant networker, I stay very active in Industry & Community Associations and stay educated with what is current in our market and industry. In my spare time I enjoy anything Interior Design/Art, Photography & being Creative. I enjoy Volunteering, Seahawks, Swing dancing, Golfing, Hiking, Skiing, Good Food, Travel & Exploring new places. “Wanderlust Trips” as my Mom & I call it. You never know where you’ll find an adventure. I have 8 nieces & nephews and a now a great nephew who I love to spend time with any time I can. It was signing day for this young couple! 🏡 You know I love working with first time homebuyers and I love it when they get to closing and tell me that the process was much easier than everyone told them it would be!
