Mortgage nerd by day, bourbon & cigar fan by night. Proud husband, dad, and believer in doing business the right way — simple, honest, and clear.

Hey there — I’m Kelly Haney, Capital Markets & Systems Strategy Leader at Mortgage Financial Services (MFS). I’ve spent my career helping families, loan officers, and partners navigate the mortgage world with clarity, confidence, and integrity. I’m passionate about simplifying complex processes, building strong relationships, and driving innovation — whether that’s improving loan technology, optimizing pricing ex*****on, or creating better experiences for our clients and brokers. At the end of the day, it’s not just about numbers — it’s about people. Every loan tells a story, and I’m proud to play a small part in helping families write theirs. When I’m not deep in markets or systems, you’ll usually find me enjoying a good cigar, sipping a smooth bourbon, or spending time with my wife Jana. I believe in working hard, leading with authenticity, and finding balance between business and family — because both matter.

Your monthly payment includes more than just the loan itself.

Taxes, insurance, and other costs all play a role in the bigger picture.

We’ll help you understand exactly what to expect.

Many buyers focus only on interest rates — but your mortgage strategy matters just as much.

The right loan should fit comfortably within your lifestyle and long-term plans.
