❤️ The Scariest “What If?” — Life Insurance

If your family depends on your income, what would happen financially if you weren’t there? Think mortgage or rent, groceries, childcare, debts and future expenses.

🎃 Tip: Don’t just ask, “Do I have life insurance?” Ask, “Would the amount I have actually be enough for my family?”

In honor of National Pumpkin day I have a very spooky story to share with you!

Once upon a time there was a State Farm office employee who was very bright & got a pet policy on her dog. When she got her first cat (pictured) she thought that cats were more sturdy & didn't need pet insurance. One month & $10,000 later, she realized how scarily wrong she was. Don't be like her. Take heed & protect your pets appropriately. 👻

🏠 Renters Insurance: “My Landlord Covers That…Right?”

Your landlord’s insurance generally protects the building—not all of the belongings inside your apartment or rental home.

👻 The scary part? A fire, theft or other covered loss could leave you replacing your belongings yourself if you don’t have appropriate coverage.

🎃 Tip: Renters insurance can help protect your personal property and may provide liability coverage, subject to the policy.
