It takes a special kind of patience to purchase a short sale. Jennifer found the perfect home with the help of Sherri Bigelow, so she was cool, calm and collected during the wait. Superstar negotiator Denise McCormick of CK Capital made sure we got the approval as quickly as possible. Jerilynn Conley and Mike Rushe of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher were their normal efficient selves (I needed my own parking space this week). Cloe Markow, AnnieMac Home Mortgage - Wilmington Branch and Valentina McBride, who helped with the last minute stuff, helped me make the loan easy.

Who finds their dream home when on vacation in the middle of the country? Why Krista and Cian did with the help of their amazing agent ShawnaSells. We put a plan in place weeks before so that they would not need to sell their home, and were able to keep their payment reasonable. As with most transactions, there were a few bumps, but ShawnaSells and the listing agent Mike Kwiecien helped everyone navigate these with calm and poise. Jerilynn Conley Mike Rushe and the gang at Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher did a wonderful job as usual. Parris Patten was able to give them a killer premium on their insurnace. Every transaction has a story, including this one. AJ was in the top 2 of 11 offers, and the other buyer (I was working with him as well) had something change that he had no control over. So AJ was able to buy the most amazing home a first time buyer could dream of

There was a fantastic group that all worked together to get to closing quickly. His agent Sherri Bigelow made sure he got a great deal and that everything went smoothly.
