How did you start your holiday weekend? Amy and Peter started by purchasing a gorgeous new vacation home. I am thrilled to be able to have helped Amy's mom several years ago, and now I could help them. I hope I am around long enough to help the beautiful new grandson buy a home (he just joined the world on Wednesday so I have to stay healthy).

Some transactions are simple, and some have several hiccups on all sides. Having a great team of professionals is critical when that happens. Thanks to the buyer's agent, Jesula Jean and the listing agent, Steve Schmidt, we were able to make magic for Rony (pictured with me and Jesula). Craig Aleman of Aleman & Associates Attorneys at Law and his team were, as usual, flexible and helpful getting everything scheduled.
