One of our clients is poised to make the most money on a renovation that’s pretty basic.

No major layout changes. No luxury finishes. Just a clear plan to fix what needs fixing and make the property appealing to the next buyer.

It’s the KISS approach: Keep It Simple, Stupid.

Every upgrade has to earn its place in the budget. A bigger renovation might raise the sale price, but it also costs more and can take longer. The goal is the best return on the deal, not the most impressive before-and-after photo.

I was honored to be invited to speak at the Women in Real Estate Networking Group last week!

We spent the evening discussing the habits that successful real estate investors consistently practice—things like building strong relationships, staying disciplined, taking consistent action, continuously learning, and making decisions with a long-term mindset.

One of my favorite parts was the discussion afterward. Everyone brought unique perspectives and experiences, and it made for a fantastic conversation.

Thank you to Kayla Morabito and Gabrielle Kern for the invitation and to everyone who attended. It was a privilege to share what I've learned over the years and connect with so many motivated investors.
