I was honored to be invited to speak at the Women in Real Estate Networking Group last week!

We spent the evening discussing the habits that successful real estate investors consistently practice—things like building strong relationships, staying disciplined, taking consistent action, continuously learning, and making decisions with a long-term mindset.

One of my favorite parts was the discussion afterward. Everyone brought unique perspectives and experiences, and it made for a fantastic conversation.

Thank you to Kayla Morabito and Gabrielle Kern for the invitation and to everyone who attended. It was a privilege to share what I've learned over the years and connect with so many motivated investors.

AI is becoming one of my favorite tools for turning "let me think about how to word this..." into "send."

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet, but it's definitely changing how a lot of us communicate.

Here's a quick example I came across. Curious what everyone thinks:
