Horizon West. St. Cloud. Clermont. Kissimmee. New communities are popping up EVERYWHERE.
But here’s what some builders won’t tell you...
Your VA loan works for new construction. Period.
I hear this all the time: ❌ “The builder said they don’t accept VA” ❌ “The sales office pushed me toward their lender” ❌ “I was told VA takes too long”
Let me be VERY clear:

✅ Builders CAN and DO accept VA loans
✅ VA appraisals protect YOU from overpaying
✅ You can negotiate builder concessions to cover closing costs
