This week our Northwest Territory leadership team came together in Las Vegas for HUB — taking time away from their families, their teams, and their businesses to sharpen skills, grow as leaders, and bring even more value back to the field.

One thing I never take for granted is the level of commitment in this organization. These leaders continue to invest in themselves so they can better support, coach, and develop others. That says a lot.

The conversations, collaboration, ideas, and energy this week were incredible — and I know the impact will carry far beyond Vegas.
