Self-employed and told you “don’t qualify” for a mortgage? 🤔

That answer may have been based on the wrong income story.

Many self-employed buyers, business owners, 1099 earners, and entrepreneurs show lower taxable income on their tax returns because of legitimate business write-offs. That doesn’t always mean they lack the ability to qualify for a home loan.

With Non-QM loan options, eligible self-employed borrowers may be able to qualify using:

✅ Personal or business bank statement deposits
✅ Profit and loss statements
✅ Alternative income documentation
✅ Flexible solutions outside traditional tax-return-based guidelines
