Exchange Bank was honored to sponsor the Council on Aging of Sonoma County's annual Harvest Community Table, an event that celebrates the people, partnerships, and shared commitment helping older adults live with dignity, connection, and independence.

Santa Rosa is ranked sixth in the nation for its population of residents age 85 and older, making services for aging adults especially important in our community. (councilonaging.com) Funds raised through the event support programs that enhance quality of life, promote well-being, and help older adults remain independent in the communities they call home. These services can provide essential support—including meals, transportation, resources, and connections that help people age with greater security and dignity.

The need is personal and growing. Behind every service is a neighbor who wants to remain connected, a family seeking support, or an older adult working to maintain independence. We’re grateful to stand alongside the Council on Aging and everyone committed to building a community where people can age with dignity, purpose, and care.

Our commitment dates back to 1948. Today, we continue supporting equitable access to education and enrichment opportunities—because we believe every student deserves the resources and encouragement to reach their full potential.

🥕 Food Insecurity
Food insecurity remains a significant challenge in Sonoma County. About one-third of the community does not have access to three healthy meals a day. Exchange Bank is proud to partner with organizations providing healthy meals to those in need. Over the last 7 years, we have provided more than 70,000 meals to feed the hungry.

💙 Health & Human Services
We believe in championing a just and healthy community where everyone can achieve well-being and reach their full potential. Access to health and human services allows individuals and families to overcome barriers, build stability, and move forward with dignity. In 2025, Exchange Bank partnered with healthcare providers to help establish cancer screenings for more than 10,000 low-income patients.

🏠 Housing & Homelessness
Safe, affordable housing remains one of Sonoma County’s greatest unmet needs. The County’s current consolidated planning documents identify rental housing for lower-income residents as the area of highest unmet need. In 2025, Exchange Bank partnered with organizations to help provide more than 4,000 homes to community members in need.

Giving back is more than a responsibility, it’s part of who we are. Through our community investments and employee volunteerism, we remain committed to investing in you and strengthening the communities we call home.
