🎰 THE HOUSE DOESN’T ALWAYS WIN… BUT WILL DID!

Last week, a buyer came to Will about a mortgage that was starting to fall apart with another broker.

Will saw the glaring mistakes in how the loan file was structured. Jokingly he said:

“I bet you it won’t get approved the way it’s structured.”

We went to work as a “second look” option and yesterday, the buyer called Will with an update.

📞 “You won the bet.”

Unfortunately, that meant the buyer’s loan didn’t close as planned.

But here’s the good news: The deal isn’t dead just because one lender couldn’t get it done! 🏡

We priced the same scenario, on a $300k loan the difference is either $6000 upfront or over $100 per month! Better rates, better service.
