After departing the military, he came to the US and received his Finance degree from the University of Central Florida. Carlo fell into mortgage lending when he moved to San Antonio from Florida in

1999 and he couldn't imagine ever doing anything else. He has a beautiful wife and three amazing children and loves spending time with them. He also has an outstanding team known as Team Carlo.
