I thought 7% 📈 rates were normal back in 2003 - when I first got in the mortgage business.

My first house was at 6.25% years later and I thought it was AMAZING. 🏡

That’s over 55 years of history.

Those periods were shaped by extraordinary economic conditions - not the long-term historical norm.

Who do you know? I have elder clients on a tight timeline that need a hands on agent to sell their house. Yes, I have a buy before sell solution, but they really want a reverse mtg to purchase the new construction house, which means we must sell first to get more $$$ for the reverse purchase.
