- Easy to use portal that very transparently tracks the loan process
- Very competitive fees

The only hiccup I ran into was finding the loan number. This was needed when applying for insurance. The loan number was burried in small text under one of the tasks. I wish the loan number was more prominatly placed in multiple places so that it can't be missed.

Yacira also went above and beyond and was an incredible help throughout the entire process. She was always available when needed and took the time to walk me through paperwork, making sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions made things so much easier and less stressful. She played a huge role in keeping everything organized and moving forward smoothly, and I truly appreciate all the support she provided.
