🚨 We’re Hiring: Client Experience Coordinator
O’Keefe Stevens Advisory is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Rochester, NY team.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in creating seamless, high-quality experiences.
You’ll work closely with our advisors, support meaningful client relationships, and play a key role in both operations and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate client meetings and manage advisor schedules
• Prepare meeting materials and send follow-up summaries
• Support client onboarding and maintain records in Salesforce
• Execute marketing efforts (events, social media, communications)
• Help deliver thoughtful, high-touch client experiences
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of work experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in client service, admin support, event coordination, or marketing
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• Able to manage multiple priorities with ease
• Professional, client-first mindset

📍Location: Rochester, NY (Hybrid: Some in-person work required)
