Andrea Calico is the friendly face behind the front desk at The Hatfield Group, where she serves as our Administrative Assistant and current intern. She is currently a student at Heritage Home School Co-op and University of the Cumberlands. Andrea helps keep the office running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.
Extremely bright, driven, and eager to learn, Andrea brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team each day. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring personality make her a valued part of our office and someone clients and partners quickly enjoy working with. We’re excited to watch her continue to grow both personally and professionally.

This month we had the pleasure of closing on a refinance for one of our amazing clients!

They initially came to us thinking a move was the next step they wanted something fresh and new. But as we worked together, we realized they didn’t need a new house… they just needed a new chapter in the one they already loved.

Instead of relocating, we helped them refinance their mortgage, secure a better rate, and put their equity to work. Their original payment was about $1,300. After refinancing, they were able to pay off their car, walk away with a $58,000 check to remodel their home, and still reduce their monthly payment to under $1,200.

Now they get to enjoy the location they love, a refreshed home they’re excited about, and more financial breathing room all without the stress of moving.
This is what it’s all about, finding the right solution for each client’s unique situation and helping them move forward with what fits for them.
