Subject: Temporary Office Update – We're Still Here for You!

Dear Clients,

Earlier this year, the property management company we’re under contract with through 2030 made the decision to lease the space directly above us to a martial arts studio.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the resulting noise and vibration issues, we’ve unfortunately been unable to reach a solution. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily conduct business remotely, as the disruption is significantly impacting our ability to operate effectively from our current location.

That said, I’m still fully available and committed to serving you.
If you're local and prefer to meet in person, we can absolutely arrange a meeting—whether it's at a coffee shop, your home, or elsewhere. Phone and Zoom appointments remain available as always.

For our virtual clients, nothing changes. The show goes on.

📢 Big BREAKING News for Kentucky teens and families! 📢

House Bill 15 has officially passed—lowering the age to get a driver’s permit from 16 to 15 across the Commonwealth. This change is especially meaningful for rural communities like ours, where limited public transportation makes driving essential for jobs, school, and independence. 🚗

Here’s what you need to know:
• Teens under 18 must still have a parent, legal guardian, foster parent, or another responsible adult sign their application. 📝
• Curfews are in place: Permit and intermediate license holders can’t drive between midnight and 6 a.m. unless it’s for work, school, or an emergency. 🌙⏰
• While learning, teens must drive with someone 21+ in the front seat, unless they’re in a certified training program. 👨‍🏫🚘
• Only one unrelated passenger under 20 is allowed in the car with a teen driver (unless it’s for farm use or training). 🚜
• Instruction permits now last 4 years instead of 3, giving more flexibility. 📅
• Foster youth and kids in informal guardianship arrangements have new options to apply with verification from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. ❤️‍🩹
