She did a great job explaining to me what options were available to me and breaking them down to me, piece by piece. She also took time to explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of different options.

Overall, I felt that she cared about me as a customer and my well being through this process. She was incredibly patient with me, as I was a first time buyer and somewhat unfamiliar with the home buying process.

Harmony did a good job of navigating some of the obstacles that came up that neither one of us could foresee during this process.

I got the sense that she wanted to make sure that I was approved for the home Iwanted, but at the same time did so because she cared about me and my family, as people, not just to get another loan originated.

I would ten out of ten recommend Harmony to anyone else looking to get a loan for their home
