She answered all of questions and communicated what I needed to do each step of the way. As a first time home buyer she did a great job of communicating what needed to be completed and eased my anxiety by telling me when she would get back to me with information. She always followed through with timelines and really made it happen for her. I credit Olivia for getting my loan approved and assisting me in buying my dream house. She took that into accountability for being able to reach out to have phone calls with me or send me very simplified PDFs so that I didn't have issues understanding the process my questions and I just thought that was the greatest thing ever because it's hard to find someone that will accommodate for me
