Bridging Virginia will be closed today in observance of Juneteenth!

From its origin in Galveston, Texas in 1865, the observance of June 19th as the African American Emancipation Day has spread across the United States and beyond. We are grateful to celebrate with our community and encourage others to find ways to honor Juneteenth today.

What a great week in Austin!

The Bridging Virginia team had an amazing time connecting with CDFI peers from across the country at OFN's 2026 Small Business Finance Forum.

From conversations on participation lending to the power of storytelling, we were grateful to learn, share, and bring back new ideas to support entrepreneurs and communities across Virginia. Thank you to OFN and everyone who made this year's Forum such a valuable experience!
