We all know credit score matters, but I don’t think people always realize how much it can change the numbers.

A lower score can make the same house cost you more than you expected.

That’s why it’s worth looking at your credit early, so we have time to work on it before you’re ready to buy.

Two options can look really close at first, but once we go through the payment, cash to close, and loan structure, one might actually fit a lot better.
