We are currently looking for an experienced Full-time Escrow Officer for our Incline Village, Nevada office. . Salary would be commensurate with experience.
Escrow Officer is responsible for opening, processing and closing escrow transactions. These transactions can be of the following types: High liability transactions, Exchanges, 1031 Tax-deferred exchanges. Specific duties include but not limited to: Reviewing and preparing estimated closing disclosures (CDs); preparing files for signing and monitoring the closing; responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to customer inquires; ensuring that title issues are resolved and files are property balanced prior to closing; scheduling signings in a timely manner to assure to meet deadlines; working closely with lender to complete any conditions required for funding; setting up recordings and confirming issuance of title insurance and endorsement required; disbursing file and completing the closing and delivery of final documents to all parties.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Escrow Officer;
Must be a Nevada Notary or ability to become a notary
Must pass a background check
Be able to be licensed in the State of Nevada as a title agent
