The customer service was excellent, and the process moved very quickly during the first two weeks. Communication was clear, and the team was responsive to our questions. However, the final week before closing became quite hectic, and we found ourselves rushing to complete several items at the last minute in order to close on time. While we appreciate the team's efforts to get the deal finalized, a smoother and more organized closing process would have made the experience even better.
