NV & CA Are we approved? Can I give my 30 day notice? When do I sign? J.

The Montoya Team has been helping CA and NV home owners obtain affordable and responsible mortgage financing for over 8 years. Having funded over $11 Million in closings in 2011, we pride ourselfs on our three promises.

1- We will close on Time: With todays real estate sales and refinancing now more than ever, it's important we close on time or sooner as failure to do so can result in money lost, literally.

2- We pro actively communicate with you: One of the biggest consumer complaints is not knowing how their loan is going. We take the guessing out of the experience by keeping you in the loop through our Tuesday updates. No more guessing, just clear and open communication!

3- We guarantee our closing fees: The old bait and switch. You're promised one thing and are not given that promise. We hate surprises, so upfront you'll know exactly what your payment, and cash to close is. If our mortgage fees are higher than what we told you, we pay the difference. We thank you for visiting our page and look forward to an opportunity in earning your trust and business. Montoya

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Guild Mortgage - Jorge I Montoya Morales by Chela B - Team Jackson- the experience working with all of you was phenomenal. All of you contributed to the successful purchase of our son’s first home which was quite stressful for him. The entire experience was exceptional, especially when Miss Lulu stepped in and went above and beyond with the financial guidance. Gracias to you ALL.
