Nobody’s going viral for “I made a boring, disciplined money decision today.” But that’s the stuff that actually moves the needle.

Honest answer? A little of both, and I am choosing to be okay with that. 😄

There were moments this summer that I was fully present for and moments where my brain was already three steps ahead on something that probably could have waited.

But that is exactly why I do this work, because building financial stability is not the end goal. It is what creates the breathing room to actually be present for the life you are building it around.

It is the fear that their income situation is too complicated, too inconsistent, or too hard to explain to someone who has never run their own business.

Debt-to-income ratio, employment history, and the assets you have available all carry real weight in how your application reads, which means a lower score paired with strong everything else is still absolutely a conversation worth having.

The full picture is almost always more workable than people expect, and knowing what is actually on the table changes the whole energy of the process.

🚨 apparently my hair clocked out before I did, but the message is still important 😂

This one is WILD.

A client of mine bought a home, moved in, and then found out the home was somehow listed for rent online… even though it was not for rent. 😳

Rental scammers are getting way too bold, and they’re counting on people being excited, rushed, or stressed enough to send money before doing their homework.

A few reminders before you send a deposit:
✨ verify who actually owns or manages the property
✨ don’t send money just because they say there are “multiple applicants”
✨ be cautious if they won’t meet or show the property
✨ compare the listing across sites
✨ if the deal seems too good to be true… you already know
