But in all seriousness, yes - there are plenty of lenders out there who have been in the business LONGER than me. That being said, I came to Reno in Fall of 2021. I didn’t know anyone, I was new to the business, and rates were skyrocketing. No one wanted to work with someone with that kind of resume.

What did I do? I studied, I reached out and followed up, I learned strategies, I let my actions and outcomes speak for themselves. And in what I’ve heard has been one of the toughest markets (it’s all I know), my business has continued to grow every year.

So, like I said, there are lots of people out there with more time in the business. But do they have more grit, drive, and determination than me? That’s up for debate. Work with me and find out 🤪💕
