PSA: If you’re buying a house, here are really important tips-DON’T change jobs, open new credit, co-sign for a friend, or buy a car.
Sounds like common sense, right? But trust me, the banks are watching your every move like you’re on a reality show. Scary right?!? 👻

• 🏃‍♂️ Changing jobs? They’re like, “Wait...you’re unreliable now?”

• 💳 Opening credit? That’s an automatic
“nope” from your mortgage lender.

• ✍🏽 Co-signing? Now you’re financially married to someone else’s debt. Yikes!

• 🚘 Buying a car? Your monthly payment just went up and your mortgage got cold feet.

So, unless you want to be stuck in “Homeowner Limbo,” keep it chill until after you close on the house. 🏡 Don’t worry there is a finish line!
