⚡️ FUNDED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD ⚡️ — Big congratulations to On Point Electric in Rapid City, SD on their recent SBA 504 loan funding in partnership with Sentinel Federal Credit Union (Rapid City, SD)!

Owners Trevor Turner and Todd Schoenberner started On Point Electric in 2020 and have quickly built a strong and growing electrical contracting business serving the Black Hills region. With this project, the company purchased its own commercial location on Deadwood Avenue and will now operate from one combined space with room to grow their team and business.

One of the best parts of projects like this? Instead of continuing to pay rent, businesses are able to invest in their own future and build equity in owner-occupied commercial real estate.

🍔🍺 FUNDED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD 🍺🍔 — Congratulations to Watertown Brewing Co. on their recent SBA 504 loan funding!

First Bank & Trust (Watertown, SD) and Ally Dakota Development, via the SBA 504 loan program, partnered to finance the purchase of the downtown Watertown real estate occupied by Watertown Brewing Company. The business will continue operating under the leadership of Michael Heuer, who has served as the brewery’s General Manager and Brewer for the past seven years.

Projects like this are exactly what the SBA 504 loan program is designed for — helping strong local businesses transition ownership, retain jobs, and continue growing within our communities.

And not to mention — congratulations are in order! Watertown Brewing Company recently won the 2026 Watertown Burger Battle. 🏆

Owners Alex and Fallon Hendricks have built a great business serving customers across the region with printing, embroidery, and promotional products.

This project helps position Prairie Hills Print Co. for continued growth—and we're proud to be part of it.

To say our team and Board have a great time when we get together is an understatement.

We held our in-person quarterly Board meeting on Tuesday in Pierre. Thank you to Spencer White on our Board for coordinating the use of First National Bank's boardroom.

Afterwards, we enjoyed dinner at Cattleman's Club Steakhouse, a fun (and timed) game—with a prize on the line ☕️—and then headed to Lariat Lanes. Yes, the winning lane earned bragging rights and a badge to prove they are the "Best Bowler Ever".

We are so fortunate to have a group that shows up, digs in, and brings valuable perspective to every project we review—and knows how to have great time.

We also hosted our Cheers with Your Ally event on Wednesday afternoon in Pierre at our 504 client, The Fieldhouse. We had a great turnout and always appreciate the opportunity to connect with our partner lenders in person.
