Remember this one? This stunning home in Somerville, MA is officially finished.

What was once a two-family is now one spacious single-family home. Some projects are tougher than others, and we're so happy to finally see it complete. 🙌

Our Borrower just finished Phase 2 on this Kennebunk, ME home! They added a chef's kitchen, bleached oak floors, central AC, and a wrap-around balcony that takes in the water from every angle. The home is right by Parsons Beach, with the Atlantic Ocean in front and the Mousam River behind.

Phase 1 focused on the initial renovations. This winter they will start the final phase and raise the house onto a pier foundation and replace the siding and front windows. Stay tuned!

Did you know? Builder's Risk insurance protects your investment — not just ours.

If a fire, storm, or theft happens mid-construction without the right insurance coverage you're still responsible for the full loan repayment. Construction sites also carry more risk than a completed home: there are typically no sprinklers yet, open framing, exposed materials, and more people coming and going on-site.

Check out this Newburyport beauty! Our borrowers bought 2 single families on 1.25 acres, went through zoning to demo one house and subdivided the parcel into 4 lots, and created 2 stunning ground-up single family homes. The finished product is beautiful, with thoughtful details and high-end finishes throughout.

Some projects take more time and effort than others, and their hard work certainly paid off! Congrats to our borrower, thank you for trusting RF Boston to be a part of the process.

This 2-bed, 2-bath is getting a full gut renovation with a reworked layout, updated finishes, and plenty of work still to come.

We’re excited to see this one come together and can’t wait to share the finished product.

From a water-damaged daycare facility to a five-unit, condo-quality investment property — this Victorian style Dorchester home is officially on the market this week. Our borrowers went through the lengthy zoning process to convert the property to residential, then gut-renovated it and added curb appeal. The transformation speaks for itself: clean finishes, fresh landscaping, and a rare five-car driveway in a neighborhood just minutes from Codman Square and the Red Line.

Congrats to our borrowers, the hard work pays off!
