Check out this Newburyport beauty! Our borrowers bought 2 single families on 1.25 acres, went through zoning to demo one house and subdivided the parcel into 4 lots, and created 2 stunning ground-up single family homes. The finished product is beautiful, with thoughtful details and high-end finishes throughout.
