Honored to be recognized as a Top 100 NAHREP Lender in the Northeast.

Funny thing is, I got into this business thinking I'd be helping people buy houses. Turns out I spend most of my time explaining why Zillow is wrong, chasing down bank statements from 17 different accounts, and answering texts that start with "Quick question..." at 9:47 PM. 🤣

To all the real estate agents, clients, attorneys, and partners who trust me with their referrals—thank you. This recognition belongs as much to you as it does to me.

Now if NAHREP could create an award for "Most Times Recalculating a Pre-Approval After Someone Buys a Truck," I'd have that one locked up too. 😉

I understand…Here’s the list so we don’t have to do this again:

Two years of tax returns. Business bank statements. P&L. CPA letter. Entity docs. And that's before they ask a follow-up question. Self-employed buyers can absolutely buy, they just need to document everything twice.

He's saving $300 a month renting. His landlord is making $1,400 in equity.

Your rent is lower than a mortgage because someone else is building the equity. The payment you're avoiding is the same one making your landlord wealthier every month. Different math.

The appraisal came back low. The seller said no. The buyer bought furniture. This is a real sequence of events that happens more than it should.

Pretty good. Solid. Not bad. Fine. These are great adjectives, but they’re not descriptions of your credit. The number is the number. Pull it before you start shopping and don’t make excuses as to why it is what it is.
