When I'm not answering mortgage questions or closing deals, I live for adventurous activities, such as mountain biking and skiing, yoga, traveling, craft b**r, and spending time with my family and our dog.

Non QM loans are great because they're like puzzles. Banks might decline a client because of their tax returns, but that's where the fun starts for me because there are so many different ways to qualify people (especially when you have the amount of products I do) and the best part is figuring out a way to make it work.
